Eric Cazauran

Eric CAZAURAN is a member of the bar of Bayonne since 1992. He is specialized in Tax law and Company law.

He has worked as counsel for the French leading law firm Fidal in the cities of Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. He is a founding partner of ACBC since 1993.

Eric CAZAURAN enjoys more than 27 years of experience in the fields of tax and company law.

When he hold office at ACBC, Eric CAZAURAN was assisting its clients on the set-up of new companies, takeover transactions, financial and legal restructurings (M&A transactions, share capital increase) or on sales of business or sales or renewals of commercial property leases.

He is now honorary counsellor.
