Graduated from the University of Bordeaux in business law (Master), Ghislain DARRIET has expanded his experience in Paris for 10 years as a business lawyer in large international groups, before joining the legal profession where he worked in a business law firm specialized in commercial leases.

Eager to return to his home region where he grew up, he joined ACBC in February 2022. With his skills and experience, Ghislain DARRIET advises the firm's clients in commercial law, insolvency proceedings, real estate law, commercial leases and residential leases. He assists and represents companies and managers before all civil and commercial jurisdictions.

He also assists our clients in the out of court settlement of their disputes. Ghislain DARRIET speaks English.
