Advice first, litigation when it becomes necessary. A practice built for the region’s SMEs and their advisers.

A matter always sits where a field of law meets a line of work. We work on both.

Our network
A legal structure is only worth having if it also holds up in accounting, tax, wealth and financing terms. So we never work in isolation: thirty years of practice in the region have given us a network of professionals we know personally, and to whom we point you as soon as your file calls for it.
We never replace a company’s usual adviser: we work with them, or we introduce you to the one you are missing. An introduction is not charged for and gives rise to no referral fee — professional conduct rules forbid it, and that is what makes the recommendation credible.
