What data we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
Last updated: 19 October 2026
The firm ACBC Avocats attaches the greatest importance to the protection of your personal data. This policy is drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and with the loi Informatique et Libertés.
The controller of the processing is SELARL ACBC Avocats, an inter-bar limited liability professional practice company of lawyers, whose registered office is at 7 chemin de la Marouette — Espace Toki Lana, 64100 Bayonne (SIREN 400 350 559). For any question relating to your data: bayonne@acbc-avocats.com.
We collect only the data that is strictly necessary:
No sensitive data is requested by the site. Please do not send through the form any confidential documents or information relating to a file.
Your data is intended solely for the lawyers and staff of the firm authorised to have knowledge of it. It may be disclosed to our technical service providers acting on instruction and for our account alone: our host OVH SAS, established in France, and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, which hosts the firm’s mail within the European Union.
If you use the online diary module, the provider Calendly, established in the United States, is a recipient of the booking data; this transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. This module only loads after your express agreement.
We do not sell or rent your data. It may be passed to a third party only at the requisition of an authority or in order to satisfy a legal obligation.
The site uses no advertising cookie, no third-party tracker and no profiling tool. The audience measurement is configured in accordance with the exemption conditions recommended by the CNIL: purpose strictly limited to the production of anonymous statistics for our own account, IP address truncated and not kept, no cross-referencing between sites, no transfer to a third party.
Only aggregated indicators are recorded: pages viewed, source of the visit, type of device. This configuration relieves us of the need to impose a consent banner on you.
The only cookies liable to be placed are placed at your initiative, if you choose to display the online diary module. You can change that choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the foot of the page.
You may also object to the audience measurement by switching on the “Do Not Track” signal of your browser, or by writing to us.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have:
To exercise these rights, write to us at bayonne@acbc-avocats.com or by post to the registered office of the firm, providing proof of your identity. We reply within one month.
The firm implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures to preserve the security and confidentiality of your data and to prevent any unauthorised access: encryption of exchanges, access control, backups.
Beyond that, all the information exchanged in the course of our engagements is covered by the lawyer’s professional secrecy, a protection of public policy wider than that of the general law on personal data.
For any question relating to this policy: bayonne@acbc-avocats.com.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
Un seul module de ce site dépose des cookies : la mesure de nos campagnes publicitaires. Vous l’autorisez ou non ci-dessous, et pouvez revenir sur ce choix à tout moment depuis le lien « Gestion des cookies » en bas de page.
Storing your cookie preferences and securing the form. No tracking, no transfer to a third party.
The firm runs advertisements on Google. This module tells us which of them lead to an enquiry, so that we do not pay for advertisements that serve no purpose. Google is established in the United States; the transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Declining has no effect on your browsing.
Visitor statistics produced for our use alone, with a truncated IP address, with no cross-referencing between sites and no transfer to a third party. This configuration falls within the exemption recommended by the CNIL: it does not require your consent, and you may nonetheless object to it from our privacy policy.
Your choice is kept for six months, then you will be asked again. Refusing has no effect on your browsing: the whole site remains available, and nothing is measured.
