We support your company from its incorporation to its transfer, and at every decision that matters in between.

Supporting you day to day rather than stepping in when it is urgent. Advice first, litigation if it comes to that.
Our practice areas
Advice first, litigation when it becomes necessary. A practice designed for the region’s SMEs and their advisers.

The same sequence for every file, whatever the subject — and a cost stated before you commit.
Thirty minutes, free of charge, to understand where you stand. We tell you frankly whether we are the right people — and, where that is the case, that the matter does not warrant a lawyer.
You know what the work will cost before you commit. The basis of calculation is set out in an engagement letter, with what is included and what is not.
One lawyer holds your file and remains your point of contact. Each question goes to whichever of us handles it every day.
Formalities, filings, deadlines: we keep the timetable after signature, and we come back to you when a rule changes.
