Home  /  Fees

The price is stated before the work begins.

A fee agreement is signed for every file. It states the basis of calculation adopted, the amount or an estimate of it, and what is included.

Fixed fee per transaction

The arrangement we use most. For transactions whose scope is known in advance — incorporation, sale, restructuring, succession — an overall amount is settled before the start and does not move. Quotation provided after the first conversation

Hourly billing

For day-to-day advice and for litigation, where the workload cannot be settled in advance. A statement of the work done accompanies every invoice. Rate stated at the first conversation

Annual legal retainer

The annual legal follow-up of your company: approval of the accounts, formalities, day-to-day questions. The budget is known from the opening of the financial year. Annual fixed fee according to the structure and the volume

Success fee

It may supplement one of the arrangements above where the stakes warrant it, never replace it: a lawyer’s fee cannot depend on the result alone.

The first thirty-minute conversation is not charged for. If you have legal expenses cover, we prepare the claim for cover with your insurer.

How we work

Listen, cost, act, follow up.

The same sequence for every file, whatever the subject — and a cost stated before you commit.

01

Listen

Thirty minutes, free of charge, to understand where you stand. We tell you frankly whether we are the right people — and, where that is the case, that the matter does not warrant a lawyer.

02

Cost

You know what the work will cost before you commit. The basis of calculation is set out in an engagement letter, with what is included and what is not.

03

Act

One lawyer holds your file and remains your point of contact. Each question goes to whichever of us handles it every day.

04

Follow up

Formalities, filings, deadlines: we keep the timetable after signature, and we come back to you when a rule changes.
