ACBC advises companies’ directors on their social security schemes (wages/directors’ fees, delegation of authority, indemnity in case of end of activity…) and on their retirement schemes and level of social contributions.

ACBC assists companies in their acquisition projects, sales or restructurings (transfers of employment contracts, labour-management relations with personnel representatives, social audits…)

With respect to international mobility, ACBC is advising its clients on their business projects in France or for the hiring of employees abroad.

We are also handling cross-border matters, which imply to take in charge all of the local requirements and specificities (secondment, expatriation).
