Maryse JADIN

Maryse JADIN is assisting the partners of the firm since its creation more than twenty years ago.

Having first received a general training, she got back to school at the age of 35 and had the privilege to enter to the University of Bayonne during 3 years and then to integrate the National School of Law and Procedure during 3 years. (Business law degree)
 
Prior to join the firm in 1993, and after several part-time jobs in 1984, she worked as assistant of the Director of Thomson (submarine department) in Brest from 1985 to 1987, and of the Director of the French Institute of renewable energies for South-Pacific in Mahina (Tahïti) from 1987 to 1989, and then she has been appointed executive secretary in an advising company called SAREYEC in Brest from 1990 to 1992.

Maryse JADIN, paralegal of the firm, is drafting business sales contracts, majority stake sales agreements, and commercial property leases. In the frame of its legal missions, she prepares the annual shareholders meetings and VAT or dividend distributions tax returns but also several “day-to-day” contracts (bye-laws, share capital increase, change in the form of the company, mergers, change in the articles of association, follow-up of the individual share accounts, liquidation). Moreover, she is in charge of the management of the IT devices, the procurements.
